1. Order Processing & Shipping

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout.
• Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• Tracking details are shared via SMS or email after dispatch.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require confirmation before processing.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement only if:

• The product is damaged
• The product is defective
• You received the wrong item
• Request is made within 48 hours of delivery

3. Items Not Eligible

• Incorrect size, color, or variant selected
• Minor color differences due to screen/display
• Damage after delivery due to misuse
• Normal wear and tear
• Orders refused at delivery
• Change of mind

4. Return Request Process

To request a return, contact us with:

• Order number
• Unboxing video (recommended for faster approval)
• Photos of the issue
• Brief explanation

We respond within 24–48 hours.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed after verification
• Prepaid orders: refunded to original payment method
• COD orders: refunded via UPI or bank transfer
• Processing time: 5–7 business days

6. Replacement Policy

• Eligible items will be replaced at no extra cost
• Replacement depends on stock availability
• If unavailable, a full refund will be provided

7. Return Shipping

• Pickup may be arranged where available
• Otherwise, self-shipping instructions will be provided
